I have specific hair/scalp questions, what do I do?

If you have specific questions regarding your specific hair/scalp situation, I recommend a private personalized hair consultation so we can discuss in detail your current hair/scalp issues, current hair regimen, and co-develop a new hair regimen using my products to address your concerns.

 

I have made and order but wish to add or remove an item, how can I do that?

Unfortunately, once an order is placed I am unable to modify or amend!

 

How can I track my package?

Once an order is placed an order confirmation email is sent and an email regarding tracking information is to follow.

 

I am interested in ordering a product, how can I order?

I cannot find a product, when will it be back in stock?

Due to high demand, I am very diligent on removing products that are out of stock to discourage backorders. Should you desire a specific item and you are unable to find it on the website, please feel free to email me bhsccustomers@gmail.com and let me know as all products are made based on demand and I will keep you posted on the product return.

Product are shipped 2-4 business days after order is placed.

 

What are the shipping cost?

Shipping costs depend on the selected shipping options; customer fees may apply for shipping outside the U.S. The free shipping over $99.00 only applied within the U.S.

 

I live outside of the U.S.; can I still order your products?

   

Absolutely, we ship internationally!

What are my shipping options?

Shipping method is selected by the customer during checkout and can be the United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS). International customers can select DHL shipping as it has proven to be more reliable than USPS for deliver.

 

When will I receive my order?

Products are shipped 2-4 business days after order is placed on the website and then follow the shipping instructions selected at checkout. Should you have an issue with your order due to the selected shipping method, please contact them directly USPS Customer Care Center (1-800-275-8777) or UPS (1-800-742-5877). DHL customer service can be contacted (https://www.dhl.com/global-en/home/contact-us.html) depending on your locality.

What do I do if my order is damaged in transit?

I would prefer you not as your privacy and comfort are important to me, and although I would do my best to answer your questions, I cannot predict what other viewers/subscribers/followers comments would reflect. I prefer to keep comments/questions general on social media and ask that all specific questions be emailed to me bhsccustomers@gmail.com.

 

I asked a question on one social media platform and am awaiting a response, should I ask on other platforms as well?

No, I prefer that when a question is asked on one communication platform (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, or email) that you await a response as it can become a bit confusing.
