Horrible shipping practices
I love the products and use them religiously. However, shipping is horrible. Moat recently I placed an order on 8/20 for $111 including shipping. It's 9/1 and they haven't shipped. A label waa created and that's it. The shipper doesn't have possession of the package. I have emailed Charmaine twice and have received no response. This is absolutely ridiculous! I am not pleased and would like my order. After this encounter, I will take my business to Bask and Lather.
