How I Lost 4.6 Pounds in One Week | 3 Workouts + ABC Juice

Okay y’all, I’m officially documenting my wellness and weight-loss journey again, and this first week surprised me.

I went from 162.6 pounds to 158 pounds in one week — a 4.6-pound difference on the scale.

And no, I did not spend seven days starving myself, working out every single day, or doing anything crazy. 😂

This week was actually pretty simple:

  • 3 workouts
  • 3 ABC juices
  • Being more intentional about what I was doing
  • Getting my body moving again
  • Staying consistent enough to see what happened

And clearly…something happened. 😭💜

My Starting Weight: 162.6 Pounds

At the beginning of the week, I weighed 162.6 pounds.

By the end of the week, the scale said 158 pounds.

That is 4.6 pounds down in one week.

Now, I want to be clear because I’m documenting my REAL journey. I’m not saying I magically burned 4.6 pounds of body fat in seven days. Your weight can change because of water weight, inflammation, digestion, sodium, hormones, food intake, exercise and other factors.

But I am paying attention to the overall trend.

And seeing that number move after getting back into my workouts definitely gave me some motivation to keep going.

I Only Worked Out 3 Times

One of the biggest things I want to show during this journey is that I’m not trying to make fitness my entire life.

I have businesses to run. I have children. I have content to create. I have a HOUSE to take care of. 😂

I need something I can actually maintain.

So instead of telling myself I had to exercise every single day, my goal was just to get some good workouts in.

This week I completed three workouts.

That’s it.

And I think sometimes we underestimate what can happen when we stop trying to be perfect and just become more consistent.

Three workouts are better than zero workouts.

A 20- or 30-minute workout is better than waiting until you have an hour.

I’m learning to work WITH my real life instead of creating some unrealistic routine that I know I’m not going to stick to.

I Drank ABC Juice 3 Times This Week

I also brought my ABC juice back into my routine.

ABC juice is made with:

A — Apple
B — Beet
C — Carrot

I’ve been making fresh apple, beet and carrot juice at home and incorporating it into my overall wellness routine.

This week, I drank my ABC juice three times.

I love it because it gives me another way to get fruits and vegetables into my diet, and beets, carrots and apples naturally contain a variety of vitamins, minerals and plant compounds.

And YES…the beet makes the juice that beautiful deep red color you see in my video. 😂

I’m not looking at ABC juice as some magical weight-loss drink. For me, it is one piece of a bigger lifestyle change.

That distinction is important.

I’m Not Just Focused on Getting Smaller

This journey isn’t only about the number on the scale.

I want to become:

Stronger.
Fitter.
Healthier.

That’s really the goal.

Of course I want to lose some weight. I’m not going to sit here and act like I don’t. 😂

But I’m also paying attention to how my clothes fit, how much stronger I feel, my endurance during my workouts and how my body changes over time.

I want this to be something I can continue doing—not another temporary diet.

Small Changes Are Still Changes

Something else this week reminded me of is how quickly we can dismiss small actions because they don’t seem like enough.

I only exercised three times.

I only made three juices.

It was only one week.

But I still made progress.

That matters.

Sometimes the hardest part is just getting yourself moving again.

Once you get that first week under your belt, you have something to build on.

And that’s exactly what I’m doing.

I’m building.

I’m going to continue documenting this journey because I want to see what happens when I give myself enough time to actually be consistent.

Not perfect.

Consistent.

So this is officially Week 1: 162.6 → 158 pounds.

Let’s see where this journey takes me. 💜👑

Stronger. Fitter. Healthier.
